Changes
At long last! I did find the time to BLOG! It's February 12, 2009. Tomorrow's my birthday. This is by far the only day I have the laptop with me. Richard and his girlfriend/classmate Arlene are doing their thesis just outside our room. And they're using the PC and Arlene's laptop, giving me the perfect opportunity to write down my thoughts. (Oprah's The Big Give is airing on Lifestyle Network right now. Note on that! It never fails to cloudy up my eyes everytime.)
It looks to me that my last meaningful post here took about 8 months to be followed up to today. It was about Mama. I'm glad to announce that's she's doing great now. For a while she's been bringing the laundry to a laudrymat or she would call someone to do it for her because she can't do it herself. Still, the result is not as good. Now, she can do it all by herself. The problem now is that Kaelin doesn't have a Yaya anymore and Mama has to take care of her 5 days a week, while tita Sue comes to work. She doesn't have to do that! She has a lot to do just by herself. >< It's sad. But then when I think about it, a lot of times she's happy. She's always been good with kids. From kuya Michoe, to her own kids, to my cousins, to the most recent which is Kaelin. She IS the Ma Leng of every young ones in both the Calica and Infante clan. She's a superwoman in one word. She's just amazing. How she keeps up with our school work, the chores, the house. She deserves a whole lot of appreciation. She deserves a good life. And for now I can't give it to her. Papa won't do it. Well, that's why she has good children. =) One thing Papa did right, however, is to give Dustin to us. I don't care if this cute Shitzu came from his other family. That they didn't want him because of his "Belly" (of Bubblegang) smirk.
oh crappydoodle doo! Richard needs to use it now because his other thesis-mate just got here. Oh well! To be continued....><
