To your new adventure, LOV

It's my manager's last day in PAL and in the Philippines. I admire her so much and I'm gonna miss her. I'm on leave today and I'm crying as I read her reply to my email.

I sent her an email last night as I won't be seeing her today.

Hi Ma'am Lynnette,

Before you leave, I just want to express myself and say thank you po so much. I'm so blessed to have you as my first and best manager ever. I'm thankful that God gave me someone I can really look up to for the last 4 years. Kelangan ko lang sabihin na idol po kita. Haha! True. :) Your positivity, work values and happy disposition inspire me as a leader and as a person to do my job well (and to stay so far). I see in you the qualities that I also want to develop na normally nababasa ko lang sa books like how you handle people and changes, being involved in projects/problems, knowing your people on a personal level. Pati po yung paglipat lipat ko ng grupo, thank you po for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to grow. I will miss the way you made OSS feel like a family. I will always be grateful that my foundation was built in PAL, under your guidance, na kahit saan ako mapunta in the future, I'll be confident and proud of how I've been honed by this family. Ma'am, it saddens me na iiwan nyo na kami but I'm also happy for you and your family. Masaya po talaga ko na naging under your care nyo ako. It's been really great working with you. You've touched me at buti na lang po wala ako ngayon kasi baka maiyak lang ako T_T Sorry po tahimik at sakitin ako pero ang dami kong sinabi ngayon. Hehe thank you po sobra! I love you and I will miss you. Enjoy your new adventure! I know that God will provide for you and your family because you've been good to a lot of people. May God bless you more as you've given so much to others. Have a safe trip po Ma'am Lynnette! See you soon!😊

Thank you very much Jhoanna...I'm so touched and in fact naiiyak as I read your letter.

I'm glad that I've touched your life in a positive way and hope and pray that this is a strong enough foundation for you to grow both professionally and personally.

We will keep in touch and good luck also in your future endeavors.

I will miss you guys and be strong and please include me in your prayers as well.

I'm sure with your personality you will achieve your goals. Have a clear focus and you will reach it. Quiet ka but you know what you want.
